Weight loss update

Weight this week: 205

Weight last week: 205

Change this week: 0

Starting weight: 206

Change from start: -3

No change in weight this week, but I am definitely getting thinner. I am reporting my Saturday am weight, which was my lowest in a week last week and the highest in a few days this week, so I definitely think things are going in the right direction.

Out of curiosity, when you are in your best ultra shape, does your rowing suffer a bit?

I would have never thought about the flavor issue, however, couldn't it be possible that the reason he didn't want as much food is that sipping olive oil is going to blunt the appitete due to the fact that it is pure fat.

Just a guess, but that is my opinion.

the constitution of the body is always depending in the support for the cells. The main problem is, if you want to loos weight an eat less than before, you also get to less of that substances the body needs to "kill the fat cells". So it´s more done with changing food to natural ingredience.
